Returning your order is quick and easy via our Returns Portal.

You have 14 days from receipt of your online order to return any unwanted item for a full refund or store credit . We do not offer exchanges on online orders. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size or style.

All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original labels intact (including swing ticket/and additional tags) for a return to be accepted. Any items that are spoiled by makeup, tan or perfume will not be accepted.

Returned items received after 14 days will not be accepted. To begin your Return please enter our Returns Portal by clicking the button at the top of this page. You must complete all the steps in the portal, choosing either a refund or a store credit , and then package the return up neatly in the original packaging.

If you opted for a print at home return label , please attach this to the package and drop off at your nearest dispatch location. If you chose the no printer QR code option, please head to your nearest Post Office or Inpost Locker and show the QR code to a member of staff to receive your return postage lsbel. Please adhere this to the package and dispatch.

A flat rate return fee of £4.45 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

We do not accept online returns or exchanges in any of our stores.

When the return shipment has arrived back with us, we will inspect the contents and issue a refund or credit if requested within 7 working days of receipt. A confirmation of this refund or credit will be sent via email, please also keep an eye on your spam/junk folders.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unfortunate event your order arrives with damaged or incorrect goods, please contact the us via email (orders@dress2party.net) on the day of receipt. Please provide your order number and images of the issue so we may assist in resolving any concerns.

Please be aware that we offer a flat rate deductible from your refund equivalent to the outbound postage paid, for all returns when arranged via our Returns portal. Complete all the steps in the portal, choosing either a refund or a store credit.

Once you have completed the process a pre paid returns label will be provided to you. Package the unworn/ unaltered item up neatly in the packaging and attach the return label to it. Please mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. Any packages not marked correctly may be subject to tax and duty which will then need to be deducted from your refund.

We will gladly exchange any unworn and unaltered item within 14 days of purchase. In the event you cannot find a suitable exchange, we will happily issue a credit note that will be valid for six months.

We do not offer refunds for in store purchases. Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Purchases made online are governed by the UK distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in store purchases
