UK DELIVERY 

• We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched on the same or the next day.
• All UK deliveries are sent via a DHL 24 hour delivery service. Please note that this is an all day delivery service and we cannot provide delivery windows. You will be required to be present to accept your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We despatch international orders Monday through Friday.

We aim to despatch all International orders within 48 hours of ordering time.

Customers are able to chose from our 2 International Shipping Methods.

Our Express Worldwide Service ships via DHL, with any applicable taxes and duty to be paid by the customer locally on arrival of the item.

Our EU and International Shipping Service ships via FedEx, with the total landed prices displayed at the checkout including any tax and duty to be paid, so there will be no additional charges for you when your package arrives.

Please note that all tax and duty paid on both of our International Shipping Methods is non refundable should you wish to return your order.
