Can I try on my dress before purchasing?

Yes, certainly, we have 4 stores located across the UK in London, Leeds, Liverpool and Glasgow where you can try before you buy. You can book an appointment online.

How far in advance should I order my yellow prom dress?

Whilst we can deliver your new prom dress in under a week, many of our styles are sold on pre order and the popular styles can sell out months ahead of their delivery/ wear date. We will also only sell one of a style to a school in any colour, and we therefore advise that you visit our stores in person a minimum of 3-6 months in advance to ensure maximum choice and options in selecting your dream dress.

Do you offer dresses with next day delivery?

Yes, we can facilitate prom dresses with next day delivery, if you wish to choose this option when you check-out. Otherwise, orders are usually processed and delivered in 5-7 business days and overseas deliveries can take 7-16 days to arrive. This information will be made clear to you in your confirmation email.

What sizes do your yellow prom dresses come in?

Our prom dresses come in sizes from UK 4-22 - so you are likely to find the right size for you.

Do you ship prom dresses overseas?

Yes, we shop all over the world including to the USA and Canada and popular areas across Europe including Germany and Finland. Overseas deliveries can take 7-16 days to arrive. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Can I buy online or do I need to visit your shops?

Yes, you can buy online and we can deliver to your address, or you can visit one of our stores by walking in or arrange a private appointment.

What is your returns policy?
