DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. All UK deliveries are sent via our couriers 24 hour delivery service. All international deliveries are sent via a 2-3 working day delivery service. DELIVERY CHARGES

We charge a standard fee of £10.95 for postage and packing anywhere in the UK. We will post to Europe for a standard charge of £16. All other international deliveries are £22. All local duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer on any international delivery. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may reuse packaging to save the environment. All postage charges are non refundable.

EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

You can also return your item to any of our stores in person, but please note that refunds are actioned via the online department.

All returns must be returned to Dress 2 Party within 14 days of delivery. When items are returned they need to be in original condition and with all tags attached to receive a full refund. Items that are returned with signs of being worn, or delivered to our returns department or store outside the 14 day window will not be accepted. Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Dress 2 Party. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

If you wish to exchange your item please email our online department orders@dress2party.net or call on 07791360525 to arrange your exchange. We will post out all exchange items free of charge.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect all garments on receipt and notify us straight away of any faults. Please inform us of the nature of the fault and if you require a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from receipt of faulty items to return them to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item appears to have been damaged in transit, please do not sign for and accept it. Instead, contact the Postal Office or carrier for a Damage Inspection Report, and request that the package is returned to sender.
