3. Delivery
DESPATCH TIMES
Most items will be despatched within 24 hours, and all items will be despatched within 5 working days unless otherwise specified, for example where pre order of an item in a new collection is available for delivery on a specified date. Please note that many new collection dresses, for example Sherri Hill styles, sell out before they are even recieved into stock and so it can be a good idea to pre order a dress in the new Prom collections for delivery by January, to be sure to get the style you want before it sells out.
If you require delivery urgently, or to ensure our fastest despatch, then please contact our cutomer services department.
Delivery is via the royal mail special delivery service unless otherwise requested.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We charge a standard fee of £6.95 for postage and packing anywhere in the UK. We will post to Europe for a standard charge of £15. All other international deliveries are £22. Please contact us for any specific international delivery enquiries. All local duties and taxes are the sole responsibilty of the customer on any international delivery. We are not able to advsie on the likely cost of any international duties.
Unless you indicate otherwise, we may reuse packaging to save the enviroment.
All postage charges are non refundable.
