Most items will be despatched within 24 hours, and all items will be despatched within 5 working days unless otherwise specified, for example where pre order of an item in a new collection is available for delivery on a specified date. Please note that many new collection dresses, for example Sherri Hill styles, sell out before they are even recieved into stock and so it can be a good idea to pre order a dress in the new Prom collections for delivery by January, to be sure to get the style you want before it sells out. Delivery If you require delivery urgently, or to ensure our fastest despatch, then please contact our cutomer services department. Delivery is via the royal mail special delivery service unless otherwise requested.
We charge a standard fee of £6.95 for postage and packing anywhere in the UK. We will post to Europe for a standard charge of £15. All other international deliveries are £22. Please contact us for any specific international delivery enquiries. All local duties and taxes are the sole responsibilty of the customer on any international delivery. We are not able to advsie on the likely cost of any international duties. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may reuse packaging to save the enviroment. All postage charges are non refundable.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
To make a return or an exchange, customer services must be informed of th return within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. You can notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephoning our customer services line. We will supply an authorisation number within 24 hours of notification of the return. All returns must be postmarked and sent to Dress 2 Party (Address below) within 7 days of receipt. If the item is postmarked past the 7 days allowed, or does not have the returns authorisation number, the return will be refused and the item will be sent back to the customer. All returns must be in the original box and must have the returns authorisation number writen clearly on the returns slip provided ,and on the returns label, also provided. All returns will be posted at the customers expense. If you wish to exchange an item, then we will post out the exchange free of charge. We recommend that you send your return/exchange via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags in place. Any garments with any stains, including deodorant marks or ordours will not be accepted. Once we are satisfied that the garment is in its original condition, we will issue a prompt refund for the cost of the garment. All postage costs are non refundable. Please inspect all garments on receipt and notify us straight away of any faults. Please inform us of the nature of the fault and if you require a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from receipt of faulty items to return them to us.
If an item appears to have been damaged in transit, please do not sign for and accept it. Instead, contact the Postal Office or carrier for a Damage Inspection Report, and request that the package is returned to sender.
